They will provide direct assistance to all Davis Scholars (international scholarship recipients) including visa advising, arranging travel and providing support throughout the voyage preparation process. The Coordinator will research required visas for all participants on Semester at Sea voyages and produce all resource materials and guidance to support participants in obtaining necessary visas. The Participant Success Coordinator will serve as the in-house travel visa expert. Journeys of discovery that spark bold solutions to global challenges ISE conducts two semester voyages annually and additional alumni travel programs. The duration of the semester voyage is typically 105 days, including visits to 8- 10 countries. The Semester at Sea® floating campus, the MV World Odyssey, carries around 550 students plus faculty, staff, and others. Semester at Sea® provides its students a global comparative education through classroom and experiential learning in the field. In collaboration with academic partner Colorado State University, ISE delivers the Semester at Sea® (SAS) program, one of the longest operating higher education study abroad programs. ![]() Salary Range: Typical starting range for a new employee in this role is $20.00 to $22.00/hourĮstablished in 1963, the Institute for Shipboard Education (ISE) is a 501(c) non-profit organization.
